Q: How do I order to my spring training site?

A: When checking out, in the "Add a note to your order" box, note who the order is for, and note that you would like it brought to spring training. Once prompted for delivery options, select "Local Pickup" to avoid shipping costs.

Q: Do I need to pay for shipping to spring training?

A: No. When checking out, select "Local Pickup". Remember to let us know who the order is for and that you'd like it brought to you.

Q: Do I need to pay for shipping if I'm not at spring training?

A: Yes, unless you are coming to our warehouse in Dubuque to pick up your order in-person. If you end up doing this, let us know by sending us an email at orders@colts.org.

Q: I ordered something to spring training, and the pick-up email says I need to come to the Colts Warehouse (2300 Twin Valley Dr). Do I need to do that?

A: No, this is just how we have our store set up. For spring training, we run mail between our warehouse in Dubuque and the spring training site. As long as you or the intended recipeint is at spring training, we can deliver this for you.
