Camp and Spring Training Delivery FAQs
A: Yes! At checkout, select Local Pickup as your delivery option (no shipping cost), and use the "Add a note to your order" box to tell us the recipient's name and that you'd like the order brought to spring training or camp on the next mail run from our warehouse. Please note that local delivery to the corps may take a few days, depending on staff availability and when the next mail run is scheduled.
A: Yes. Select Local Pickup at checkout and there's no shipping charge. Just make sure to include the recipient's name in the order note. Local delivery to the corps is not guaranteed to be same-day and may take a few days.
A: Yes, standard shipping applies for home delivery. If you're in the Dubuque area and would rather pick up your order in person, select Local Pickup at checkout and email us at orders@colts.org to arrange a time.
A: No. If you requested delivery to spring training or a camp, we'll get the order to you there. That message is just an automatic confirmation. You don't need to visit the warehouse. Please allow a few days for local delivery to the corps, as orders are brought out based on staff availability and mail run timing.
