Exchanges and Returns

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Camp payments, digital downloads, tickets, and some membership fees are not refundable. Other specific types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


If you need to exchange a product or multiple products you've purchased, we offer exchanges, as long as the products' condition is like new and unworn. Here are the steps for exchange:

  1. Determine if you will be mailing in your exchange or exchanging in person at our souvenir booth.
  2. Forward your order confirmation email to orders@colts.org. In the forwarded email, please clearly note what items you will need exchanged.
  3. Once you have recieved confirmation from us, depending on your exchange method, you'll either:
    1. Carefully package and ship the products for exchange to

    2. If exchanging in person at our souvenir booth, please bring the item with you to the person at the front counter. Let them know what size you're exchanging for and show them the exchange email.
  4. Once we have received the item in good condition, depending on how you choose to exchange, we will either:
    1. Ship your exchange to you
    2. Exchange the item on the spot at our souvenir booth

Incorrect Order


If you believe we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, here's a guide to getting this fixed:

  1. Forward your order confirmation email to orders@colts.org. In the forwarded email, please note what products are incorrect.
  2. Once we recieve an email, we will confirm with you the details of your exchange. Then we will send you a return label and shipping materials to the address on the order.
  3. Package and apply the supplied label to the return envelope/shipping bag
  4. At your earliest convenience, drop this off at your local post office.
  5. Once we recieve the returned products, we will send you the corrected products as soon as possible.

Returns


If you need to return something you've purchased, we also offer returns, as long as the products' condition is like new and unworn.

  1. Forward your order confirmation email to orders@colts.org.  In the forwarded email, please note what products you need to return.
  2. Once you have emailed us, and we have responded, please carefully package and ship the products for return to
